Winter Maintenance

Clean gutters, downspouts, and storm drains
Insulate doors and windows
Store or cover patio furniture
Repair steps and handrails to make them safer in the ice and snow
Have your furnace serviced by a licensed and reputable professional

Spring Maintenance

Clean your kitchen’s exhaust hood and filter
Install surge protectors on your appliances and electronic equipment
Change batteries on all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
Hire a professional to inspect your cooling system, clean ducts and coils, and change all filters
