System Manager
The administrative heart of ServicePlus, System Manager allows you to define and automate the structure within which you deliver predictable, quality service, to every one of your customers.

Setup - Define defaults and key processes for each ServicePlus component.
  • Workflow settings and business rule preferences for ServicePlus in general and for each component.
  • ServicePlus forms definitions.
Pricing Strategies - Create pricing strategies that are automatically applied by ServicePlus specific to companies, make / models, inventory, etc.
  • Item strategies: retail factored, item category retail factored, cost plus, custom (margin / markup).
  • Labor strategies: retail factored, set rate, cost plus, custom (margin / markup).
  • Flat rate strategies: retail factored, flat rate table factored, custom (margin / markup).
  • Contract strategies: factored.
Accounting Support - Produce G/L, A/R, A/P transaction lists in comma delimited format, suitable for import into any system with ASCII CSV transaction import capability.
  • Company profile provides G/L chart of accounts for unlimited branches, divisions and departments.
  • Tax system supports unlimited jurisdictions, groups and rates.
