We have integrated Microsoft's MapPoint® software with the e-automate system. When dispatching a technician to a service call, our mapping capability shows where the service representative is currently located AND where the customer is located as well. A suggested route appears on the screen and with just a click, driving directions are also provided. e-automate is committed to providing you with the latest technology to help you increase your bottom line.
