e-tech - a web-based application designed to enable your technicians to receive, view, edit, add, cancel and close call assignments in real-time from any location where an Internet connection can be made.
  • Call assignments provide details on the customer, equipment (including a description of the problem), entitlement, scheduling information and charges.
  • Upon creation of a new call, e-tech automatically checks the main ServicePlus system for existing work orders for the customer.
  • Add, edit and view all job details (items, labor, miscellaneous, flat rate).
  • Access on-line resolution statistics.
  • View and allocate parts, create item or purchase requests for items not in technician stock. Technicians can allocate stock from inventory locations outside their inventory group (if Logbook workflow settings allow this).
  • Initiate billing of parts, labor and miscellaneous charges from customer site.
  • Receive notices, detailing specifics on customers, sites, equipment, contracts, etc.
  • View and update customer site and equipment data. Review history.
  • Query assignments, sites and inventory.
