You are invited to attend The Model for Success Executive Conference from December 6th to 8th. This conference will be a rare opportunity for Presidents and Senior Management of companies using e-automate dealer management software to learn from the industry's best.
  • This 2-day workshop will include in depth seminars from John Hey and John Hanson of Strategic Business Associates.
  • They will share critical insights and models that will change the way you think about and manage your business.
  • You will learn in specific detail what "good" looks like in our industry and how to measure and achieve it.
  • Upon completion of the conference, you and your team will walk away knowing how to make decisions based on your company's data, not just intuition.
  • e-automate representatives will demonstrate the latest tools to help you integrate the models for success into the way you use e-automate and maximize their effectiveness.

Registration costs are $995 for the first attendee from your company and $795 for each additional attendee.

This price includes all meals, but does not include transportation and lodging. Rooms at Zermatt Resort & Spa start at $119/night. You may check in on December 5th and check out anytime after the conference concludes. These rates carry over through the weekend.

Spouses are welcome to join you. While you are at the conference there are a myriad of activities available to your spouses ranging from:
  • The full service 17,000 sq. ft. European Spa at Zermatt which includes a fully equipped fitness center, indoor / outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room.
  • Zermatt's Baer plaza which includes shops, a bakery and two restaurants.
  • Free shuttle services to the Park City Ski Resort for shopping and skiing.
  • Outlet shopping mall in Park City.
  • Skiing at Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons or Sundance.
  • Nordic Skiing / Snowshoeing / Sledding at Soldier Hollow, a venue of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.
  • Snowmobiling through Utah's backcountry with Rocky Mountain Outfitters.

About John Hey & John Hanson

John Hey began his career with the former D.C. Hey Company in 1973. He later became the president and owner in 1985. In 1988, after reorganizing and repositioning the forty-year old family business, D.C. Hey Co. was acquired by Alco Standard Company (now IKON Office Solutions).

John Hanson joined D.C. Hey Co. in 1985 as the Vice President of Finance. Before joining D.C. Hey Co., Mr. Hanson spent twelve years in key financial roles with a Fortune 500 company. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer of a systems integration company based in Minneapolis.

Mr. Hanson and Mr. Hey were responsible for growing their Minnesota based office equipment dealership from $5 million to over $150 million in sales with more than 1000 employees. This profitable growth was accomplished with a clear focus on client service and through aggressive sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Mr. Hanson and Mr. Hey completed more than a dozen acquisitions and consolidations that created one of the largest office equipment sales and service dealerships in North America.

Mr. Hanson and Mr. Hey currently devote their time to Strategic Business Associates (SBA), a consulting company they founded in 2000.
